SFH 4718A OSLON® Black IR LEDs

ams OSRAM SFH 4718A OSLON^® Black IR LEDs cut the size and cost of the illumination units in the CCTV systems. This black IR LED features 850nm wavelength, single-junction chip type, 3B class corrosion robustness, and comes in a diffuse silicone package. The SFH 4718A black LED offers 16K/W (Max.) low thermal capacity and high efficient IR light source. This LED's IR illumination unit for camera systems with a medium capture range eliminates the requirement of secondary optics in the surveillance system. The SFH 4718A black LED can operate between -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical application includes 3D capturing, access control, CCTV surveillance, and gaming.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
