ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small, thin packages and offer a wide range of detection voltages. The ICs can be used for every application equipped with controllers like microcontrollers, CPUs, or DSPs. The ROHM voltage detector IC series offers CMOS and open drain output. The output of reset signal can be selected for the connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible so that they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free and meet RoHS.

BD42754FP2-C 500mA Output LDO Regulator

ROHM Semiconductor BD42754FP2-C LDO Regulator features a 1-channel Reset and delivers an output current of 500mA while limiting the low quiescent current. The BD42754FP2-C Regulator is ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption. A reset signal is generated for an output voltage of 4.62V (typical).
