BV1LDx Automotive IPD 1ch Low Side Switches

ROHM Semiconductor BV1LDx Automotive IPD 1-channel Low Side Switches are equipped with an output diagnostic function for Thermal Shutdown (TSD). These devices integrate a monolithic Power Management IC (PMIC) with a control block (CMOS) and a power MOSFET on a single chip. The BV1LDx low-side switches exhibit built-in protection functions such as active clamp function, overcurrent, and dual thermal shutdown. These automotive IPD switches offer up to 250mΩ typical on-resistance (RDS(ON)) with 5VIN and 25°C Tconditions. These low-side switches are available in the HTSOP-J8 package with 4.9mm x 6mm x 1mm dimensions. The AEC-Q100 qualified BV1LDx low-side switches are optimized for 12V automotive applications and are suitable for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
