CD0603-B/CD123D-B Schottky Barrier Chip Diodes

Bourns CD0603-B0xR and CD123D-B1xR Schottky Barrier Chip Diodes are available in a compact, low-profile SMD package and intended to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board. These Bourns small-signal components are ideal for switching and rectification applications. Each series is RoHS compliant and Halogen-Free. CD0603-B0xR and CD123D-B1xR devices offer better performance and higher efficiency than other Schottky barrier chip diodes.
