Diodes Incorporated DSCxA065/DSCxC065 Silicon Carbide Schottky Diodes feature excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. These Schottky diodes are AEC-Q100/101/104/200 qualified and are PPAP capable. The DSCxA065/DSCxC065 Schottky Diodes feature low conduction and switching loss, fast reverse recovery, and high surge current capability. These Schottky diodes operate at -55°C to 175°C temperature range. The DSCxA065/DSCxC065 Schottky Diodes are ideally used for rectifiers, freewheel diodes, and blocking diodes in power inverters and industrial motor drivers.
