Automotive Mono-Axial & Mono-Kap MLCCs

Vishay / BC Components Automotive Mono-Axial and Mono-Kap MLCCs (A and K) consist of robust, highly reliable MLCCs manufactured in precious metal technology (PMT/NME) with a wet build process. These devices are qualified according to AEC-Q200. The Mono-Axial and Mono-Kap Series feature coppery steel wire lead terminations with a 100% tin plate matte finish and an epoxy coating that provides mechanical strength for assembly extended-life environmental protection.

Ceramic Capacitors

Vishay Ceramic Capacitors comprise a commonly used dielectric material that can improve capacitor power dissipation.
