PUxSH/PUxAH/PUxCH Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor PUxSH/PUxAH/PUxCH Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified planar technology rectifiers with a peak reverse voltage ranging from 100V to 200V. These fast recovery rectifiers feature low power loss, high efficiency, and are ideal for automated placement. The devices are available in SOD-123HE, SOD-128, DO-214AC (SMA), and DO-214AB (SMC) packages. These PUxSH/PUxAH/PUxCH rectifiers have a level 1 moisture sensitivity rating, are RoHS compliant, and are Halogen-free.
