These temperature-compensating dielectrics are designed for resonant circuit applications and those that do not require Q and stable capacitance characteristics. The KEMET fixed arrays cover a 10V_DC to 200V_DC voltage range, have a 10pF to 470pF capacitance range, and include AEC-200, automotive-grade models.
