TS3L501E Multiplexer / Demultiplexer LAN Switch

The Texas Instruments TS3L501E 16-bit to 8-bit multiplexer / demultiplexer LAN switch features a single select input and power down mode input. The TI TS3L501E provides additional I/Os for switching status indicating LED signals and includes high ESD protection. SEL input controls the data path of the multiplexer / demultiplexer. Power down input can put the device into the standby mode for minimizing current consumption per mode selection. The TI TS3L501E LAN switch provides a low and flat on-state resistance and an excellent on-state resistance match. This TI LAN switch is ideal for 10/100/1000 Base-T signal switching, differential (LVDS, LVPECL) signal switching, audio / video switching, and hub and router signal switching.
