American Bright LED BIR-HMx/-HOx Infrared LEDs
American Bright LED BIR-HMx/-HOx Infrared LEDs are compatible with automatic placement equipment and infrared and vapor phase reflow solder processes. These LEDs are suitable for all SMT assembly methods and offer a "water-clear" lens appearance. The BIR-HMx/-HOx LEDs feature a 500mA peak forward current and 5V reverse voltage. These LEDs operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range and are RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include automatic control systems, photo interrupters, and remote control.Features
