American Bright LED BPT-BPx & BPT-HPx Phototransistors
American Bright LED BPT-BPx and BPT-HPx Phototransistors feature a 100mW power dissipation, 15μs fall time, and 5V emitter-collector voltage. The BPT-BP1A34 phototransistor is mounted in a lensed, special dark, low-cost plastic package and boasts high sensitivity. The BPT-BP2931 features a 30V collector-emitter voltage, 0.3mA minimum light current, 100nA maximum dark current, and a 30° viewing angle. The BPT-HP2A3J-TRB phototransistor is compatible with infrared and vapor phase reflow solder processes and automatic placement equipment. This phototransistor is suitable for all SMT assembly methods. Typical applications include remote controls, smoke detectors, photodetectors, and automatic control systems.
