The high operating frequencies and the small size of the COMe-B75-CT6 module lead to high heat generation. The MB75-DISS-3-PK heat sink helps to dissipate the heat and maintains the CPU within the allowed temperature range. This heat sink is not intended to be a guaranteed standalone cooling system. SECO MB75-DISS-3-PK heat sink is used only as a supplemental means of transferring heat to another dissipation system like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
